My highly personalised program focuses on accelerating positive change.
The keys to the success of burnout management and prevention are:

  1. Understanding your unique situation and circumsstances
  2. Laying out the strategy for your specific needs
  3. Supporting you in implementing the remedying steps

I initially offer a 6 coaching session programme of 60 minutes each either in person (In the Amsterdam area) or online (wherever you are). You can also begin with a one-off consultation to see whether my approach might work for you.
